Collective Guilt/National Sin
God wanted to punish Judah for Manasseh's sin and the sins that he made the people commit, but how is this fair, since the capture and exile of Judah happened 42 ½ years after Manasseh died? So God would be punishing the wrong people. (II Kgs 24:3)
