The Creation
It seems to me from the Genesis creation account that in the beginning there was God and water. (Gn 1:2)
Hebrews 11:3 says that what can be seen was made of things that are invisible. In II Peter 3:5, it says that the world was made of water.
Some parts of the creation account are confusing. For example, what was the light, the waters, the deep, and the expanse? (Gn 1:3-5, 2, 6-7, Prv 8:27)
Umm, I thought there was already day and night. (Gn 1:4-5, 14) How could there be night (on the first day) if there were no planets at that time for there to be night on?
I don’t see why anything (plants and animals) would need natural protection before the Fall. So then why would God create natural protection? Did thistles and thorns exist before the Fall? (Gn 3:17-18)
Why did God make the universe so huge if it is only for us?
